Natesh

Natesh is a renowned Scrum expert with over 12 years of experience of strong software and process consulting. He has been helping his clients in product and application development using Agile methodologies and Scrum techniques for both co-located and distributed teams. His clients have successfully used Agile methodologies to improve productivity and business benefits by driving visibility, adaptability to changing requirements, knowledge sharing and dissemination, greater product ownership and team commitment. His guidance has also helped them to undertake and execute projects that address product development using evolutionary and iterative paradigms.

He is passionate to help teams who need to adopt Scrum techniques to ensure that they get the most out of their professional careers as it promotes greater productivity and learning thereby enabling them to have vast improvements in domain, technology and team working skills as compared to teams using other methodologies.

Natesh has a Masters degree in Computer Applications from VJTI, University of Mumbai. After completing masters he joined Infosys. There, early in his career, he was influenced by extreme programming practices while working with Nightfire in Silicon Valley. It was again in Silicon Valley, during engagement with another client, that he came in touch with a leading Scrum master who coached and mentored him. Since then he has been practicing and teaching Agile methodologies and Scrum techniques.

Since the past 4 years he has been running his own company - Product Horizons that enables innovation and bootstrap startups in the technology sector by providing high-end technology and process consulting services. Using Scrum techniques he has handled projects ranging from Java, C++, cloud based solutions, PHP to non-open system application development and maintenance for clients in Telecom, security and web 2.0 based startups like BMC Software, Injoos, SingleID, Baysquare Technologies to name a few. He is also Director of Arxxus Technology Partners that provides consulting on the cloud based solution development including Salesforce.com.
