Course Description

Overview

The goal of User Experience design or UXD is to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty via the utility, ease of use, and pleasure provided in the interaction with a product. The UX-PM 2 certification enables you to add value to digital projects by introducing UX methods. This course imparts you the knowledge to select, plan, and follow the UX activities in various phases of a project besides helping you incorporate a human-centered design to ensure that user’s perspective is taken into account.
