As part of our Customer Success team, you’ll ensure customer satisfaction, retention, and long-term success. The role focuses on driving client outcomes through effective onboarding, engagement, and continuous value realization.
Roles and Responsibilities
Build strong, trusted relationships with enterprise customers.

Understand customer objectives and align them with measurable business outcomes.

Oversee onboarding, adoption, and renewal processes.

Monitor account health and usage metrics to ensure customer satisfaction.

Identify and drive upsell and cross-sell opportunities.

Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer challenges quickly.

Deliver regular business reviews and success reports.
Requirements

Bachelor’s degree (MBA preferred).

Experience range:

Strong relationship management and communication skills.

Analytical mindset with a focus on delivering customer value and measurable impact.

Experience in SaaS, Cloud, or Training industries preferred.
Qualifications
Experience: 1 - 10 years of related experience in sales is highly preferred
Education - UG: Any graduate
