SpringPeople directly collects information when you:
contact us by completing online forms or by sending email messages to SpringPeople (including messages to support teams)
participate in user surveys; and
participate in public mailing lists, chat rooms, forums, webinars, and other interactive experiences on the SpringPeople websites or otherwise sponsored by the SpringPeople team.
Like many companies, SpringPeople uses Cookies on the SpringPeople websites and in email communications to help SpringPeople better understand your use and needs of the SpringPeople websites, current and future SpringPeople-related products and services, and how SpringPeople can improve. SpringPeople cannot always delete records of past interactions and transactions including, for example, records relating to financial reporting, audit, and compliance.

SpringPeople controls its own copy of information collected through the SpringPeople websites and has an information security program designed to protect information in its possession or control. If SpringPeople learns of a security breach involving its copy of your Personal Information, SpringPeople may attempt to notify you electronically so that you may take appropriate protective steps. By using the SpringPeople websites or providing Personal Information to SpringPeople, you agree that SpringPeople can communicate with you electronically regarding security, privacy, and administrative issues relating to your use of the SpringPeople websites. If a security systems breach occurs, SpringPeople may post a notice on the SpringPeople websites or elsewhere on the SpringPeople websites and may send an email to you at the email address associated with you in SpringPeople’s records.
