Peeush is a seasoned business leader, with over two decades of work experience in IT industry - currently driving multi-million dollar growth at SpringPeople and is responsible for strategic initiative to propel SpringPeople into multi-fold/exponential growth over the next few years through accelerated enterprise customer+trainer acquisition and transforming SpringPeople into a platform for high-quality, need-based, live on-demand training for enterprises.
Prior to founding SpringPeople, Peeush been part of leadership teams at 3 startup organisations: @Talisma Corp, @SpringSource (now Pivotal Inc) and @Kaseya Inc. where he helped grow revenues and drive customer/user acquisition; from setting-up, growing and managing multi-million dollar business streams, through to a successful exit for the organisations (each $100mn+), all the way to business integration/merger with the buying-out entity, before transitioning out.
Peeush is a B.Tech from IIT Varanasi and having worked and led teams/business streams in India, UK, Europe and the USA, brings strong international outlook to SpringPeople business.
Back in 2009, while responsible for global expansion of Services & Training at SpringSource Inc., Peeush was struck by the state of training market in India - dominated by low-end, poor quality players and chaotic market practices - and bootstrapped SpringPeople to address this gap. Over last 9 years, SpringPeople has stayed true to the simple formula of delivering high-quality training, organised through a process-driven setup and taught by highly-experienced IT experts. Today, SpringPeople has rapidly grown to become India's biggest Enterprise IT Training Provider, with wide portfolio of courses, partnership with global tech giants and huge base of very happy enterprise customers.
