This course develops the competence required to conduct internal and external audits of Business Continuity Management Systems (BCMS) based on ISO 22301. Participants gain practical auditing skills through case studies, exercises, and role-playing, enabling them to assess an organization’s capability to continue business operations during and after disruptive incidents.
The training covers the entire audit process, from planning and conducting audits to reporting and following up on corrective actions. Emphasis is placed on risk-based thinking, continual improvement, and conformity assessment. By the end, participants are prepared to manage an audit team and ensure compliance with ISO 22301 requirements.
