She has led large global teams across domains and also has experience setting up learning functions at organizations. Currently, she heads the L&D Division for Ericsson Global GSC spearheading L&D for more than 30,000 employees across 4 locations.
She believes in strong alignment of L&D with business and devising learning solutions that are both innovative as well as cost effective. She has experimented a lot in devising learning solutions using gamification & digital tools to make learning effective and enjoyable.
