About the Speaker

Nishath Usmani specializes in enabling large organizations to get the most out of their people. She has 18+ years of work experience, leading teams in the domains of leadership development, learning strategy, talent management, facilitation, coaching & learning communications.

Currently at KPMG, she is responsible for leadership development of senior leaders within the firm. Her previous roles include Curriculum Director for Capgemini and L&D Leader - Strategy and Ops for Deloitte Consulting. A firm believer in constant learning, she is an ACC (Associate Certified Coach) from ICF and is currently pursuing her Ph.D. in HR Management.
