A renowned L&D professional, with 23+ years of experience across a wide variety of roles in Instructional Designing, Learning Operations, Leadership Development, LMS Implementation, etc., Deepak Arora currently leads the ‘Learning Platforms’ initiative globally @ DXC.
As part of his present role, he is responsible for re-architecting the DXC University, and his focus areas are emerging tools and technologies in learning. With a passion for training, his current areas of interest are impact-based competency development, and tools like Learning Experience platforms, xAPIs, LRS, and their application.
