Sales Manager

- Closing existing and constantly incoming corporate training leads
- Closing big public training leads
- Selling courseware only deals to corporates
- Selling e-Learning programmes to corporates
- Establishing new accounts
- Farming existing account base for further training
We are a performance driven unit, which is reflected in offered remuneration package: comparatively smaller basic salary, complemented by a very aggressive commission structure on sales; this is an opportunity for making a very handsome salary if you are confident of being able to close business when provided with qualified, strong leads on an ongoing basis.

Job Description: Will be responsible for overall accounts, operations & administration tasks, including, but not limited to:
- Maintaining company accounts.
- Procurement, invoicing, payments, collections etc.
- Miscellaneous Field tasks and logistics
Education: B.Com OR Graduate with Accounting/Book-keeping background
Skills: Comfortable using MS office, Tally and Internet
Desirable Qualities: Clear understanding of accounting concepts, must be open to taking on all/any activities required in day-to-day running of the business, flexibility to work out of office hours and at short notice is required, must be a strong team player.
