As we all know, organizational culture refers to the values, beliefs, principles, and ideologies on which an organization operates. It impacts the organization-wide interactions and behavior. An ideal organization culture would ensure that employees deliver their best as well as enjoy what they do. A popular organization culture model, propounded by Edgar Schein is illustrated below. Schein’s model sets out to define three levels in an organization culture -Artifacts, Values, Basic Assumptions.

The basic aim of this model is demonstrating the quintessentially of an organization culture to its functioning.
