Whether this value is perceived or actually measured & quantified, it is crucial that L&D leaders are able to demonstrate the change/impact they bring to the organization to create and promote a sustainable learning-conducive workplace culture.

This experiential hands-on workshop will introduce you to the tools, tips and various measures L&D leaders can use to demonstrate L&D impact on the bottomline. You will also learn why the L&D function is indispensable to any organization today.
