What is Federation Enterprise Hybrid Cloud Management and Orchestration Training about?

The Federation Enterprise Hybrid Cloud provides a platform to deliver IT services in a flexible, efficient and proactive manner by allowing consumers to provision resources on-demand. This is accomplished by defining standardized services that are deployed atop infrastructure resource pools and utilizing automation tools to orchestrate the various provisioning processes.
This course is a hands-on workshop designed to provide students with practical experience using and managing the Federation Enterprise Hybrid Cloud. The course focuses on management tasks such as expanding infrastructure resources, creating new backup service levels, provisioning storage and configuring new Business Groups. Students will also perform more advanced tasks such as creating and deploying multi-tiered applications using vRealize Automation, vRealize Application Services, configuring complex approval policies, encrypting virtual machines, configuring chargeback and integrating the Private cloud environment with vCloud Air to create a Hybrid cloud. Finally, students will use monitoring tools to identify potential issues and resolve them.
