In 2016, SpringPeople was conferred with ISO 9001:2008 & ISO 10002:2014 certifications for quality training delivery. ISO 9001:2008 provides quality management system requirements for an organization and ISO 10002:2014 provides guidance to proper handling of complaints related to an organization’s product. Both these certifications are intended at bolstering customer satisfaction.

The International Organization for Standardization (ISO) is an international standard-setting body, constituting of members from 163 national standards organization. ISO certifications, considered the sign of credibility is much sought after by organizations world-wide.

With the help of its members, ISO brings together specialists who formulate industry relevant, consensus-based, and voluntary International Standards that promotes innovation and offers viable solution to global challenges.The International Standards, thus developed provide global specifications for systems, products and services. They will also help in ensuring safety, efficiency and quality. They are also responsible for driving international trade. Till date ISO has published 22482 Internal Standards and other documents that covers nearly every industry such as Agriculture, Healthcare, Food Safety, Technology and the like.
