In 2016, SpringPeople became the Associate member of NASSCOM. With NASSCOM membership, SpringPeople is able to keep up with the latest industry trends, network with other industry leaders to build and share the best practices and become truly representative of the IT training industry. SpringPeople has been a part of NASSCOM’s two key events: Brazil & India: Co-creating solutions for our challenges & Future Learning 2020: Artificial Intelligence & Big Data summit 2020.

Established in 1988, National Association of Software and Services Companies (NASSCOM) is the apex body of the IT & BPO industry in India. The IT BPO industry, valued at 154 billion dollar, makes significant contributions to India’s employment, exports, GDP, global presence and infrastructure.

The primary focus of NASSCOM is to enhance the architecture needed for the development of Indian IT BPM sector. The various means by which it hopes to achieve this is through policy advocacy and outlining strategic directions that will help the sector to grow and flourish in new frontiers. The association is also committed to expanding India’s reach in global IT space by building a conducive business arena, consolidating talents, boosting intellectual capital and simplifying the policies and processes.

NASSCOM’s 2200+ members are responsible for IT BPO sector’s 90% of the revenue and has also helped the association to lead various projects at local, national and global level. In return, the member organizations benefit from a wide network of industries across India and collaborate on resources and skills to expand business potential.
