P3O enables better decision-making, governance, resource optimisation, and delivery support across an organization’s change initiatives.
This certification prepares learners to understand how P3O models support projects, programmes, and portfolios so they can interact effectively with P3O teams and contribute to PMO operations. It is also a prerequisite for the P3O Practitioner qualification.
