The PRINCE2 Agile Foundation Version 1 course introduces you to both the core PRINCE2 project-management method (principles, themes, processes) and agile concepts (such as Scrum, Kanban, Lean, iterative and incremental delivery). You will learn how the two can be integrated to enable flexible, controlled project delivery in changing environments. Note: Version 1 is being phased out and has defined retirement dates for exam purchase and sitting.
