Describe the benefits of using Intelligent Viewing
Differentiate between Intelligent Viewing and Brava!
Use the Intelligent Viewing toolbar when viewing different file types
Perform searches using the Match Case, Whole Word, and Include Markups options
View and access search results using the Search Results panel
Use the text compare feature to identify changes made in documents
Use the graphical compare feature to identify changes made in drawings
Add image, shape, and proofreading markups to documents
Filter annotations in documents based on public or private visibility, author, type, and keywords
Redact linear or entire sections of text in documents
Add changemarks with comments in drawings
Display or hid layers in drawings
Calibrate measurements for takeoffs
Add takeoff categories to drawings
Perform and add takeoff measurements in drawings
Publish documents as PDF or TIFF files
Burn markups into published files (PDF only)
Append comments and redaction reasons to published files
Add security and permissions to published files (PDF only)
Add watermarks and banners to published files
Transform image files (or documents containing images) to searchable content through Optical Character Recognition (OCR) conversion
Identify relevant use cases for Intelligent Viewing
