In the course, participants will generate Empower communications taking the hat of a CSR to edit the generated communication with the information that best suits the customer. In this process, students will identify the different editable areas of the Empower communication, edit and format their content, implement and track revisions, implement comments, move the communication through an approval process and generate a preview to validate the content and look of the final communication.
