What is SMAX Technical Configuration for Service or Process Owners Certification Training about?

You are new to SMAX. This course is applicable for SMAX 2018.02, 2018.05, 2018.08, 2018.11, and 2019.02 versions. However, the hands-on lab exercises in this course use SMAX 2019.02.
